September Goals

I don't think there were any August goals posted. I managed 126 miles - the most I have ever run in a single month and only my second 100+ month. Also managed a 45 second PB at 5K. :)

Keeping any targets simple this month:

* Avoid injury
* Keep on running & see where it takes me.

Wish everybody else well - hope you managed to get some running in, or are at least on the road to recovery from injury.
5K PB: 23:18
5 Mile PB: 37:44
10K PB: 47:48
10 Mile PB: 1:20:15
Half Marathon PB: 1:54:32
C25K grad: 2nd August 2014

My goal for September is to start running again on a regular basis.

I took all of August off to help heal a nagging groin pain/strain and just as September started we ended up with "high Summer" temps after an unusually cool August - go figure! I'm hoping to start again by the 2nd week in September to give my healing a full 6 weeks.

Here simple: no injury. Taking the time to increase by only 15 min per week, and half load every 5th week.

No injury, but a bad cold. So technically, goal reached, but in effect, haven't been able to train properly at all :( :(
