July goals

Mine:

* Injury free
* do at least 2 runs a week and 1-2 elliptical sessions
* 50km distance
1K PB: 04:48
1 mile PB: 08:29
5K PB: 26:30
10K PB: 57:08
C25K grad: 3rd September 2014

My goal is to continue (and possibly build on) the progress I made in June: Stay healthy, happy and get out there and run whenever I can.

Marathon training kicks in for me this month to hopefully get me ready for a 3:40 (goal) marathon in October.

My only goal for July is to follow my plan :)

15: 1:22:18 - Run for the Kids 2014
Two Bays 28km: 2:52
42.2: 4:02:30 - Melbourne Marathon 2014

My goal is to be running 10km by the end of the month. I've entered a race for the 26th July at that distance. I USED to be able to run this and more - clawing my way back, but hopefully in the next three weeks I will train back up to it.

PB: 5k in 31:25 mins

Well, it could have been a good month
with 73k done, and most weeks had 2 or more outside runs.
However, since the shin made himself noticed again, I had to stop running...

So now I'll try ramping up the load even slower, let's see where this will lead me...
