Hey Pozza, I'm a Melbourne girl. Are you doing Run Melbourne in July?
Currently I'm training to do 10K - got a bit of work to do in the next three weeks to get my fitness up!

Hey Jude,

I'm not doing run Melbourne this year as I coach my son's soccer team and games are on Sunday mornings.

I did the 10km there last year and quite enjoyed it. Its a bit crowded at the start which makes it difficult to get going but once it thins out a bit its OK.

Its really nice running DOWN the Anderson St hill too ;)

Yes, looking forward to running DOWN the hill - I've run up it a few times and never been able to conquer it without walking at some point. Thanks for the tip about the crowded start. I'll make sure I hang back a bit, as I'm going to be excruciatingly slow. The training hasn't been as consistent as I wanted so I'm going to tackle it through intervals.
