Cycling Program

I started c25k several years ago, and it was a great success for me. Now I'm having pain in my hip. I want to transition to cycling, as it is lower impact. Does anyone know of a good beginner cycling program or app?
2012:
Week 1: Complete May 4
Week 2: Complete May 18
Week 3: Complete May 25
Week 4: Complete June 1
Week 5: Complete June 9
Week 6: Complete June 15
Week 7: Complete July 11
Week 8: Complete July 18
Week 9: Complete July 27!

I haven't used any program or app for cycling - I just went out and rode around, not really pushing the speed or distance, just riding.
