Bradshad's Progress, here I go again.

Post by bradshad » Thu Oct 29, 2015 3:24 pm

I tried and completed the program four years ago. Life happened, and a lot of excuses later, I didn't keep up with it. Happy to say that I am into week 3 and I am all in. No excuses this time. One thing I did do this time was ditch the treadmill. I started running outside initially and I'm going to try to avoid the treadmill all together. I just felt like I was starting all over. I am using the ease25k app to aid in my training. Happy running everyone, I hope I am a success story again and for good this time.

Good luck, you'll hopefully enjoy running outside. I can't stand the idea of treadmills and reserve indoor workout for when i am injured.

Outside at night is the best. Cooler weather now, still good.
