Thanks. I've been travelling a lot in the past few months but hadn't done any more runs until today. I was back in my Edinburgh house and as it was a lovely morning decided to go for a 5km run in the Pentland hills. It was slow but I enjoyed it and I'm hoping to get back into a more regular running regime over the next few months to try and get my fitness back.

Cheers.

Managed another slow 5km today, from my London place this time. Lots of improvement needed (especially uphill as I ended up doing a few walking intervals on those) but got to just keep plugging away.

I did my first proper non-stop 5km run today. Not fast (36:11), and my HR hit 188 at one point (on a hill), but actually better than I'd expected!

Bit hectic at work at the moment - currently in Abu Dhabi for a couple of weeks and so far have managed to squeeze in a slow 5K on the treadmill. I need to work out an outside route however as the weather is nice at the moment (not too hot).

This was the first indoor run with my Microsoft Band on - it looks like it was under-reading the heart-rate by 10-20 beats (didn't have my Garmin HRM band on so can't be sure) and was definitely over-reading the pace by about 20% compared to my Garmin (which I know is pretty accurate on the treadmill), so need to see if I can calibrate that.

Added another slow treadmill 5k today - that's the first back-to-back 5k's in a long time.
