Walk vs cool down

Hello all -

I just ended week 3 of the program and am still a bit confused as to the difference between the last walk and the cool down. I feel like I'm just slowing my pace down a bit and acknowledging the verbal prompt that I'm in cool down. Should I be doing something more/less?

Congrats on making it through W3!! If I remember correctly, the last walk is your cool down period and there's nothing else you need to do.

This confused me a bit as well, I think I know what you mean. The last "walk" interval leads straight into the "cool down". Of course until the continuous running - haven't got there yet!

I just kind of keep at the same walking pace for both..
