Starting Over at the Beginning W1/D1!

Post by LeahinTexas » Sat Sep 19, 2015 3:49 pm

Hi! I'm back. Starting over.

Been a slug since November, started new job in March, turned 60 in June, got bronchitis in August. Needless to say, I have lost all my fitness.

This forum helped me before: I know it will again!

Thanks!

Hi Leah- I still check in to this forum once in awhile, but not much action here anymore! I graduated about 2 yrs ago and It helped me so much to get support here. I am 62, have been running 2-3 times a week this summer, doing some 5k races, have only gotten up to 4 miles distance, wish I was faster! Had a slump last winter when it was so cold and snowy here in NY, but got back out there- don't want to have to start over!
Hope you have gotten through week one and will continue!!
