I started c25k several years ago, and it was a great success for me. Now I'm having pain in my hip. I want to transition to cycling, as it is lower impact. Does anyone know of a good beginner cycling program or app?
I just finished C25K in July, and I hope to run a full marathon by the time I'm 40 years old (6-7 years from now). I see a lot of you have run or will be running half and full marathons. Does anyone have advice to help me reach my lofty marathon goal

I recently finished c25k, and lost maybe 5 pounds through the program (3-4 months). I took last week off from jogging, and lost another 5 pounds through inactivity. Is this normal to lose so much more weight during periods of inactivity? If so, can anyone explain the biological reasons why?
