Repeating weeks

I am going to repeat wk3 next week again because I'm just not ready to go on to wk 4.
Motivation is a huge problem. I've got the running gear and the time but repeating weeks??.....
Is this normal? I still have days when running for 3 minutes is borderline on killing myself and yet, I had a fairly good day last Friday. Why is this?

You'll have good days and bad days.

Don't stress over repeating weeks but have a think about slowing down your pace if 3 minutes seems like a lot at this stage.
